Your New Mum Mini Postpartum Pamper includes the following:

1. Ice Ice Booby perineal ice pack: Designed to fit comfortably in your underwear, these perineal ice packs will help reduce pain and inflammation of your bits “down under” post childbirth.

2. MAIC perineal spray bottle: Our peri bottle allows you to rinse your perineum with warm water, offering relief from that awful sting. You no longer need to fear that first post-birth wee! 

3. Seasons of Mama post birth tea 'Soothe mama': Nurture your post-birth body with a soothing blend of Epsom salts, dried herbs & botanicals designed to relieve perineal discomfort & haemorrhoids, whilst alleviating postpartum aches and pains. 

4. The Unnamed, Brightening & Anti-Aging Sheet Mask: This mask will leave your skin looking dewy, plumped and replenished, while the anti-aging peptides protect your skin against signs of aging.

Extra handy hospital tools for your postpartum (that we would have LOVED to have included in your hamper) as recommended by midwife Bianca:

- Extra long phone charger (in case you are bed bound)

- Earplugs (think hospital buzzers/room sharing/other noisy babies)

- Eye mask (obvious one!)

- Lip balm (the hospital aircon will hurt those lips)

- Flushable wipes (soft and smooth)

- Snacks, snacks and more snacks, substantial ones too! (Think middle of the night feeds. Hospitals only have food available in daylight hours).
