All orders are shipped using Australia Post.
Orders placed before midday will be dispatched on that day.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been fulfilled.
We charge a $8.50 flat rate on all domestic standard shipping orders. You can expect a lead time of 2-6 days from the date of dispatch.
We charge a $13.50 flat rate on all domestic express shipping orders. You can expect a lead time of 1-3 days from the date of dispatch.
For TENS hire that is booked in advance, we always aim to dispatch your product well in advance of your requested hire date.
RETURN POSTAGE OF YOUR TENS HIRE:
A return postage satchel, with an already-paid-for shipping label is included in your TENS machine hire. This will be found in your MAMA & I bag.
If the return postage satchel is lost, please send it to:

TENS HIRE AND PURCHASE OF SHOP ITEMS:
Where a TENS hire and shop items are purchased in one transaction, all items will be shipped together when the TENS hire date commences.
If you would like to receive your items separately, and in advance of your TENS hire, you can purchase extra shipping here. Your items will be fulfilled and on your way to you, there is no need to email us!
International shipping is not available at this time.
Australia Post may at times be affected by delays. When there is a known delay, we will send your product/s in advance using express postage at no extra charge.
Unfortunately delays are out of our control, but we will do our best to accommodate to you, and we thank you for your patience with us.
