These are such special moments between Carlos and I. I can still hear the words of support he kept whispering in my ear and non stop reminding me of how much he loves me and how proud he is of me🙏🏼

So guys-I tried to capture everything during my pregnancy and labour so you all wouldn’t miss a moment just like you saw when I gave birth to valentina.

So here we are 15HOURS into my contractions with them 2MINUTES apart!! Carlos and my mother were so supportive given we were all surviving on no sleep!

😩 And by this stage the @mamaanditens was the only thing helping make the pain bearable.

The first photo is before Carlos had put the machine on boost and the second photo shows my sentiments perfectly!

Everyone should try a TENS.
