HOW TO HIRE

Your TENS hire is for 6 or 8 weeks. We recommend that you hire your device when you will be roughly 36 weeks - to allow plenty of time for bubs arrival.

The date you select on the calendar will be the date your TENS is dispatched.

If the date you are trying to select is not working, we do not have the availability on this day.

RETURNING YOUR TENS

You will receive an email reminder when your device is due back, so you don’t forget!

Once you have finished with your TENS, place contents into the prepaid return satchel. Feel free to dispose of used electrodes.

Drop it off at your nearest Australia Post outlet and keep your lodgement receipt in case of any return issues.

This will be dependant on your level of cover and who your health care insurer is (and yes, we are a recognised BUPA provider).

Do your homework with your insurer so you are aware of what rebate you may be entitled to and what their requirements for a smooth claims process are.

Highly recommend!

A friend who is also a midwife recommended the tens machine to me and I couldn’t thank her enough. The tens machine really did help me push through the contractions, being a great distraction. Was also the only method of pain relief during my labour.
Mama and I co were so easy to order through. No issues at all and at a great price.
Do yourself a favour and hire the tens, will be peace of mind knowing the option is available to you if needed.

Lifesaver

I was in labour for four days and kept the tens machine on the entire time. I literally could not have gotten through the contractions without it. If you’re on the fence about hiring one, do it!

An absolute must have

An absolute must have for labour. I began using the tens machine just prior to leaving home for the hospital and was the only thing I required to manage the pain throughout the entire labour period. It was easy to use and the process to hire and return was seamless. I haven’t hesitated to recommend it and mama&ico. to our pregnant friends!

Must have in labour

This machine was a life saver to use while in labour at home, while it doesn’t take away the pain completely it was a great relief and distraction, especially in the drive to the hospital. The little machine that keeps on surprising. When I thought I had hit the max setting I realised there was one more to go, which got me through the time before I needed to push allowing me to avoid pain relief. Game changer

LOVED the TENS during labour. It definitely helped me have a drug free VBAC. The only time I took it off (hesitantly) was to get in the bath to birth baby. The whole hiring and return process was so easy too
