Elle TENS - 6 OR 8 Week Labour TENS Machine Hire

🌸 All machines deliver the same level of pain relief for your labour.

🌸The differing factors between the devices are ONLY added bonus features.

The Elle TENS is one of our most popular TENS machines available for hire. It is the base model, however it emits electrical impulses identically to the TENS 2 and the TENS Plus.

The Labour Elle TENS Machine:

🌸 Does NOT have a screen that lights up.

Screen lighting may/or may not be an important feature for you.

🌸 No contraction timer.

This may be an added luxury you do not actually need or maybe you would prefer to let your body do itS thing, without 'timings'. Your birth partner, phone app or medical team can also assist in timing your contractions.

🌸 Has been designed only for birth with two modes to be used for labour.

Meaning, you may not be able to use it for general pregnancy pains, or afterbirth pains in the postpartum period.

With all TENS Machine hire our MAMA & I CO. pouch is yours to keep, and it also serves as a breast/formula milk cooler bag!

HOW TO HIRE

Your TENS hire is for 6 or 8 weeks. We recommend that you hire your device when you will be roughly 36 weeks - to allow plenty of time for bubs arrival.

The date you select on the calendar will be the date your TENS is dispatched.

If the date you are trying to select is not working, we do not have the availability on this day.

RETURNING YOUR TENS

You will receive an email reminder when your device is due back, so you don’t forget!

Once you have finished with your TENS, place contents into the prepaid return satchel. Feel free to dispose of used electrodes.

Drop it off at your nearest Australia Post outlet and keep your lodgement receipt in case of any return issues.

You may be able to fully claim back the price of your TENS hire and/or purchase.

This will be dependant on your level of cover and who your health care insurer is (and yes, we are a recognised BUPA provider).

Do your homework with your insurer so you are aware of what rebate you may be entitled to and what their requirements for a smooth claims process are.

Once you have placed an order with us, you will automatically receive a PDF of your reciept which you can then forward on and hope for a return $$$!

Must have tool

The Tens Machine provided me relief in labour, I am grateful to have hired one. It was the distraction I needed and gave me a sense of control when contractions begun. I would recommend upgrading to the Tens Machine that times contractions, as this would have been useful when communicating with midwives. The Tens was so great to use in the early stages of labour and l used it to the highest level. It was another tool that lead me to birth naturally without any medical pain relief.

Ordered the Elle Tens fairly close to due date as I was disorganised and it had to be shipped to Perth as local suppliers didn’t have stock.
Quick delivery, lovely little package with everything I needed. Tried out the machine prior to use and wasn’t sure if it was going to help but it really did! By the end of labour I had it on all the settings and it was a good distraction tool also when another contraction was starting to press the buttons.
Would highly recommend and very easy to purchase and send back for free. Helped me have a lovely natural birth that I didn’t think I’d have.

Great distraction in birth - Amazing service

This is the second time I’ve used a Tensvij birth, first time with one with a boost button and it is a necessity!! I didn’t have any back pain, but it was still a great tool for distraction, the boost button made it so easy to operate myself the entire labour too. I got through my induction with only the tens and the gas! Renting is such a great option and it was so easy to book & send back.

So worth it!

Having the TENS machine helped me have the natural birth I really wanted. Loved that I could hire it for such a long time, giving me peace of mind that I had it on hand when the big day arrived. Great option for unmedicated pain relief and so easy to send back when you’re finished :)
